phfurtune Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern your use of the phfurtune website, mobile-optimized platform, and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the phfurtune Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with phfurtune and confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phfurtune Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or tournaments offered on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or promotion.

1.3 phfurtune reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phfurtune will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the phfurtune Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. The phfurtune Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phfurtune reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the user cannot verify that they meet the minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phfurtune Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. phfurtune makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incap acitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the phfurtune Platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on phfurtune: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of phfurtune or any of its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the phfurtune Platform or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program; and (d) individuals who have been barred from gambling by any competent authority or court order.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phfurtune Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. phfurtune reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phfurtune is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. phfurtune is required to verify the identity of its users in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phfurtune for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfurtune username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify phfurtune immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phfurtune will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.5 Account Ownership. phfurtune accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phfurtune accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phfurtune does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phfurtune is ₱500 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. phfurtune reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the phfurtune Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phfurtune is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 Funds Held on Account. Funds deposited into your phfurtune account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. phfurtune maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. phfurtune may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. phfurtune reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the wagering requirement has been manipulated or circumvented.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phfurtune reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user is abusing the bonus system, engaging in bonus hunting, or using any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a phfurtune account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. phfurtune is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

6.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phfurtune Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or systems;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform without phfurtune's express written consent;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfurtune staff, other users, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account policy;
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your phfurtune account.

6.2 phfurtune reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7.1 All content on the phfurtune Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of phfurtune or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfurtune Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the phfurtune name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

7.3 Any unauthorized use of phfurtune's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected].

8.1 Platform Availability. phfurtune does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phfurtune will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

8.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfurtune disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, phfurtune's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfurtune account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. phfurtune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phfurtune has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game, phfurtune reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant players' accounts. phfurtune's decision in such matters shall be final.

9.1 phfurtune is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its users seriously. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and resources to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all registered phfurtune users through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phfurtune account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phfurtune Platform.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude from phfurtune, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, phfurtune will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the Platform, but cannot guarantee that all access will be blocked across all devices and channels.

10.1 Termination by You. You may close your phfurtune account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by phfurtune. phfurtune reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phfurtune is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) phfurtune suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or (d) phfurtune determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, phfurtune reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation of any suspected breach. phfurtune will notify you of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable time.

10.4 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

11.1 phfurtune collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phfurtune Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 phfurtune processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. phfurtune does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 phfurtune reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on this page. Where changes are material, phfurtune will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 Your continued use of the phfurtune Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1.

12.3 phfurtune recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phfurtune Platform.

13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phfurtune at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phfurtune will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you are not satisfied with phfurtune's resolution of a complaint, you may have the right to refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. phfurtune will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
